Comes with an older gen GTX GPU already installed but this GPU is better then those older AMD HD series GPUs. The last PC on this list is pretty decent overall. This is an HP machine but the seller doesn't provide the HP make/model so it's hard to look up to see if the PSU has enough power for a GPU upgrade and if it does, does it have the correct power connectors? So I'd contact seller and ask for more information before you buy it.

In most cases you will end up with poorer performance in the worst case you will end up with an unbootable computer. In general it is a very bad idea to mess about with settings in msconfig. It is more likely that your Internet connection is the culprit. I would very much doubt that the slow loading of online games is related to the number of processors. Don't worry about setting a number that only takes effect if the checkbox is ticked. Just make sure the checkbox is unticked that way all processors/cores are used.
